Assessment Instructions

Assess the six dimensions twice

There are six crucial dimensions of culture in the Change Readiness Assessment which differentiate organizational success. You will be asked to assess them twice.

  1. Rate your organization as you see it in its current state.
  2. Rate your organization as you would like to see it in the future. Where do you see your organization in for example five years from now in order to be successful.

Answers must SUM up to 100 points to successfully complete the survey

There are four possibilities to each facet. Asses each one, then divide the 100 points between them. The possibility that relates most to your organization will receive higher number of points, and the possibility that relates the least should receive less or no points. In order to move on, your totals must equal 100 and all boxes must have a value (0-100). If you allocate 50 points to two possibilities, you must enter 0 on the other two. The assessment’s integrated calculator will help you SUM the 100 points.

Follow your instincts

As you assess the possibilities, follow your instinct and choose your first impulse answer. This is usually correct. There are no right or wrong answers. This assessment will provide a picture of how your organization operates and which values represent it.

This survey was prepared based on information provided by the Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument.
