Answers must SUM up to 100 points to successfully complete the survey
There are four possibilities to each facet. Asses each one, then divide the 100 points between them. The possibility that relates most to your organization will receive higher number of points, and the possibility that relates the least should receive less or no points. In order to move on, your totals must equal 100 and all boxes must have a value (0-100). If you allocate 50 points to two possibilities, you must enter 0 on the other two. Follow your instincts
As you assess the possibilities, follow your instinct and choose your first impulse answer. This is usually correct. There are no right or wrong answers. This assessment will provide a picture of how your organization operates and which values represent it.
