PROTOTYPE

The PROTOTYPE phase is the fourth step in the GRIPS process, which aims to develop new solutions with a net positive impact.   Using methodologies such as SPRINT, IDEO, Design Thinking, and the Collaboratory, this phase will help your organization prototype and develop a business model for the new business opportunities identified in the IDEATE phase. 

As part of the process key players in your organization will be asked to complete one online survey and participate in an interactive workshop.
